Joymode’s mission is to help you own less things. Think about all the things in your closet and garage that you rarely use, and all of the things you could do with your friends and family if you had access to the products you need. A Joymode membership gives you free access to curated bundles of products to have great experiences with family and friends.
With Joymode, you reserve the bundle that you’d like to enjoy. You can book your reservation on the same day you want the products, for a future week or weekend, or up to three months in advance if you’re a member.
Joymode bundles are made up of hand-picked products that we or a curator have chosen for maximum fun and enjoyment. With Joymode, you can choose an bundle like camping, and we’ll provide you with all the products you need (example: tent, sleeping pads, a stove, headlamps, etc).
We’re obsessed with cleaning here at Joymode. Every product is hand-cleaned after every use. All dishes and cookware are cleaned thoroughly to guarantee sanitary and hygienic items for your reservation. Blankets, machine washable items, and wearable items are laundered or dry-cleaned every time they’re returned, so they’re always fresh and clean for the next delivery.
Joymode members pay a monthly fee, which includes one FREE bundle every single weekend. Add-ons, our Photo Booth, Deluxe Movie Night, or select custom bundles are available at an additional cost.
We hate when companies do that. We would be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your membership at any time by heading here.
We currently deliver to a wide range of neighborhoods in L.A.; you can find a map of our current service area here. We’ll come pick everything up when you’re done with the bundle, too.
We require that someone be present for delivery and pickup in order to ensure that you receive everything that you reserved, and to answer any questions you may have. If your building has a doorman or front desk, we’re happy to leave the bundle with them (as long as you're ok being liable for anything we leave with them!).
If you’re outside of our service area, there are several options for you to use Joymode. We can deliver to your place of work, a friend or relative’s house, or any address that’s within our service area. You can also visit us and pick up your reservation at our warehouse in Culver City, Downtown LA, or South Pasadena.
You can change your delivery or pickup times by going to your My Reservations page and selecting a time that works best for you. If your delivery or pickup is less than 24 hours in the future and you’d like to change the time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No tips are accepted! We appreciate the thought, but our drivers don't accept tips for either delivery or pickup.
Most reservations last for a weekend, with a typical delivery being on a Thursday or Friday with a pick-up time on the following Monday or Tuesday. We know that everyone’s bundle is different and plans can often change.
We want you to get the most out of your Joymode bundle, so our reservation windows are flexible to let you to keep products for a weekend up to two weeks. If you need to keep an bundle for longer, just let us know and we’ll work with you to arrange it.
To make changes to an existing reservation more than 24 hours in advance, please go to the My Reservations tab. To cancel, simply click “Cancel” under your reservation.
If your reservation is less than 24 hours in the future, please email email@example.com and we'll cancel it for you.

When your Joymode agent delivers your bundle they will explain the various products and answer any questions you might have. You will also have access to detailed instructions for how to setup and operate all the products in your bundle through the app or website. We carefully curate our bundles to ensure that setup is as easy as possible.
We know that sometimes issues and questions pop-up, especially when you are dealing with new products that might be unfamiliar to you. Our top priority is making sure that you have a great Joymode bundle.

We understand that with use, some wear and tear of products may be inevitable. Membership includes insurance that covers minor damage and stains. However, significant damage and theft are not covered under the insurance.
Our service team is very skilled at fixing products, but if a product is damaged beyond repair or is never returned, the fee is the retail price of the item.
At its core, Joymode is a community of people who all benefit from not having to buy, own, and store products.
Imagine Joymode as a good friend that you're borrowing from. For most products, you can simply wipe down everything after you’re done. However, some products will require special cleaning or repackaging care. We provide detailed instructions with these products, and it should only take a few minutes of your time.
Returning products damaged beyond normal wear and tear or excessively dirty may result in your losing access to Joymode or being charged to replace the item, so please keep the community in mind.
